I would put in your description something like minutes from the boat ramp, ideal house to stay at when visiting the lake.  

A full non-QM section would be very valuable, right now its not even having a description/definition of DSCR loans in the bottom section

@Natalie Campbell-verify on the county site if they are 2 separate parcels-look at the deed when the owner purchased it/them, look at the legal descriptions-read the original mtg that is being foreclosed on, look at the legal description
