Wierd shortterm rental question... keep an open mind.

This may sound strange, and I feel a little silly asking but... Im remodeling a 1911 farm house as a airbnb. Its not on the historical registry,  but it does have a documented colorful history. So... would you be more or less likely to market it as "possibly haunted". Im not saying I believe it is,  but I know there are some desination hotels, restaurants,  ect that attract a lot of visitors because people believe in that.... Thoughts?

 I would advertise the colorful history and suggest paranormal activity.  Let people decide.
