I'm close to finalizing negotiations with an inherited property that's in an "estate of mothers name".

I have not yet had an official updated appraisal, but the Realtor and bank preliminary assessment said that we should expect a final value between $160k and $180k!  

Besides it looks like espostos siding which nailing into isn't easy or recommended. 

Since I've finally made a decision to make real estate into a full time business .  

Hello everybody,It's great to finally post something on this site. 

My hubby and I are planning on a final garage sale next weekend and out long car ride with our 2 year old and 8 month old Jun 1st now to a destination "unknown".

I finally decided to take the plunge after several years of deliberation as to whether to answer the real estate investing call or not. 

And finally, I want to just meet you guys as well!

I've had 2 renters, placed by property managers so I had 1 month rental fee for each, that left before their lease was due and I think I'm about to have my 3rd (and final property manager placed tenant, we now place and manage them all ourselves) about to skip out as well.
