I started this deal last October and I'm still working with my lawyer to acquire the title because his lawyer documented the quit claim deed incorrectly.The property seems to still have promise to possibly help me break even if I am able to complete the project, but I wanted to ask the forum for any advice for a newbie investor on what to do next.

I own some property and I am having trouble doing the BRRRR strategy due to owning them under a Llc I have heard of others taking title under personal name and then once they refinance quit claim deed property to Llc but not sure if this would work any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.

@Anthony Broadus check with private lenders, hard money lenders, realtors listing flips, title companies, closing attorneys and property management companies in your area and ask them who the cash buyers are in the market.
