This is in relation to developing a rough plan for a property during the first walkthrough.What specific areas of a home/building should one be on the lookout for when it comes to estimating rehab costs and determining the condition of the property? 

Property I’m looking at is 164k comps in the area are estimate 320k does that sound like a good deal?

they take a conservative approach but will give you details you would run into any issues.
