Good afternoon I am a newbie to the BP forums and would like to introduce myself. I am an REI that has been doing Rehab and Flip properties in Slidell La. For the past couple years and now are turning my efforts into Buy and Hold single family and multi-family properties. My goal is to have 50+ doors in the next three years and 100 doors within the next 5 years. I have started to educate myself on hard money and private lenders and are looking to the BP forum to help me navigate to my goal. I have become well educated with the rehab and flip process and can help explain it to anyone who needs it. I can explain the process I use locally in detail from the MLS to auctions to real estate agents, brokers, rehab cost, comps etc. What I ask is that anyone who can offer the same type of detail on Buy and Hold properties to please reach out to me and to possibly mentor me through the process.
