Sometimes flips don't work well in high tax markets because the consumer cant afford a mortgage and the taxes for a renovated home.

Generating leads and working them is very time consuming.

I see this as a reaction against the consumer mindset example set by the boomers and genXers.

It doesn't seem like you get more beneficial experience from leasing 3 locations of 50 mobile homes each versus 1 location of 150.  3 Locations probably will consume more time.Jim.
