Corporate companies will cry about liability even though I think sales has just as much liability and probably in greater dollar amounts.One complaint I hear from Brokers: they don't like tenants and vendors constantly walking in/out of the office, particularly if you have C-class or lower.

slowly cleaning and doing massive amounts of abatement and roof repair constantly.

Didn't have time to constantly stay on top of the market. 

But there will be constant expenses which I am intending to write off.

@Jordan Lucas My experience has been awesome, First  I  affiliated myself with a RE Real estate investment firm (they wholesale ) now the cool thing is that the company I work with have a unique system that allows us to have constant flow of deal and also a great CRM for our investors (quality investors) So I saw that on that company and then decide to leverage from that, Make money and use it as University (basically )  I'm still learning and you never stop learning.

I think good communication is the number one thing to remember - it is important and professional to maintain relationships with owners and tenants with good and constant communication.

But there are TONS of local guys constantly looking, so deals are scarce.  

I would probably move on.... that's drama that you want to try to avoid.Best case is that it is a constant thing where she calls the cops on him, presses charges, then drops the charges.
