Hey, everyone. I'm fairly new to fix and flips and rental property. Would love to connect with investors located in Colorado. I'm slowly saving up with my business partner and all we have right now is about 15k total. Our road maps look promising since we are looking to fix and flip properties, before attaining any rental. I would like to ask some questions before I start out. If anyone can help me answer these. Would greatly be appreciated.

Questions:

1. How do we partner up as two individuals looking to purchase property, while working together towards real estate. Do we need to open up a joint business account, or lawyer up ?

2. What are home credit after the first year of purchase for a property?

3. Any strategies to leverage with peoples money instead of yours ?
