Does anyone have pros or cons with MH Septic system that's on private land. Other the. Other then the obvious maintenance, cleaning, and cap X expensive.  Any insight would be helpful. Thank you.

Well I think for the most part the 50k to 60k properties are pretty dried up in Bakersfield unless you're buying in a very shady part of town, or a mobile home.

@Aaron Mills (sorry it won't tag on my mobile)Getting your money back on a refinance would mean that you would at least get your original money back (70%), meaning the property still has equity when sold or cash flow after the refinance.
