Mobile home on land with septic
Does anyone have pros or cons with MH Septic system that's on private land. Other the. Other then the obvious maintenance, cleaning, and cap X expensive. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you.

Not an issue, every home of all types outside of city limits are usually on well and septic. Nothing special about them.
