The difficult part is going to be for buyers who will have to either come up with the funds to pay their broker or negotiate seller paid closing costs to cover it

YOu as the buyer showing proof of your ability to pay (through actual bank statements with cash and/or closed sale transaction proof showing you are a proven all cash buyer that closes will instill confidence in the wholesaler and allow them to perhaps make less on the deal but can do more deals knowing they have a quality buyer in hand is a win win.

Next month I'm closing on a new duplex.3 of my 12-doors are S8 tenants.

Do I have legal cause since their payoff figures are not even close to correct.I have the amortization schedule with check number written to each payment due.Can't put up with EITHER of these companies any more.

It's at that point that the PMC steps in to connect me with someone who can address the issue.I was going to sell the property back to the wholesaler a few weeks ago, but he backed out because of the tenant who wasn't paying rent.
