The seller on this deal could just walk to the next title company open escrow and close and be done with this buyer..if this buyer feels strongly then he can hire an attorney and try to sue.. but that cost money and that's usually when buyers end the I have been wronged  campaign.. filing with the state is free and or like I said there could be a  E and O claim here.. because there was an Error and there was some omission but I don't actually know if it goes to agency issues like this appears to be...

So I set up two mailing campaigns.

When I purchased the program, I was told that the mailings would be free, however, I paid $168 for it and several cards came back with duplicate addresses and with matching addresses that were actually omitted from my mailing campaign.

If the call from the owner is coming as the result of a direct mail campaign (i.e. absentee owners), then those calls are coming in via a Google Voice number and going direct to voice mail. 

For anyone who is using Bright MLS, are you able to use Bright to set an email drip campaign to your database?

Carrot websites are the best in the business for less than a $1000 a year (most people are going to spend that much on one direct mail campaign). 

I'm hope to pick your brains as to the success rate you've seen from your RVB campaigns in terms of call back rates%.Also, what's the average number of call backs that will translate to a contract from RVB?
