Making a website for wholesaling

Would there be anything that would prevent me from creating a wholesaling website? I am based in Florida, are their laws that would prevent this in any way. Are there any suggestions for strategies I should go with or any software tools. I hear carrot is useful. Thanks

Just trust me on this. (Do a search for "We Buy Houses  [your city] [your state]".. and see for yourself the % of websites ranking #1. 4 out of 5 these are carrot sites). I never understood how people can just ignore stone cold proof just to pick something that is proven not to work, just because of emotion.

As for web presence and SEO, be careful., I have yet to come across anyone that does it right. 

Everyone does it completely wrong.

Everyone tries to please Google.

You are not supposed to please google damnit people.

Then web presence vs CRM,

You are comparing something like, should I use a screwdriver for this screw or should i travel to Bali to sit at the beach?

COMPLETELY different things.

Wholesaling, buy and hold,m flipping.. doesn't matter. You need to generate leads.

A web presence  is not going to do much, if you are not credible.

You need both. Credibility and have a solid web presence.

You need to focus on lead gen. That is the most important factor when it comes to REI, including wholesaling.

A CRM (Customer Relationship Management), comes into play AFTER you got the leads.

You can see it as a leads management protocol/system.

Get a carrot site, make it credible, work on SEO the RIGHT WAY, and crush it!

Done.
