There are a couple of things to think about:-Technically, if you have a loan in your name, the lender doesn't want it to be transferred into the LLC.

Do more research, ask locals on this website about the area and for their opinions and run more numbers before the next purchase.

In some markets the permit process to convert/create addition living areas for income is rather expensive.

I am from the Midwest area too specifically Ohio.
