I never knew exactly what I wanted to do up until my high school graduation.

If you'll be renting to families, finding areas with good school districts is a plus.

In my local market there has been a tremendous slowdown now that school has started.  

Do I need to go to school to collect rents and manage my moms income properties?

Pleasant because of the great public schools.  

One of the grand daughters (under age 10) who lives a couple of hours away mentioned that she was being home schooled by grandma (my tenant).
