Hello I am in my first year of investing and have a few rental properties now.  

My primary focus is on multifamily units and mid to long-term rentals out of state.

I just received a phone call from OneRent after I post my rental ads.

What strategies can I implement to maximize rental income from my first property, which I intended to convert into two units ( Unit 1:Main house, Unit 2: Basement sun room) but cannot due to zoning restrictions? 

I have $1.5M in the bank, and I’m trying to figure out the best move for my situation to start building out my portfolio and making moves towards financial independence.

However, from my understanding on this, it’s not a public database like a Secretary of State site, but rather only available to limited parties.

I'm considering my next investment.

My wife’s grandfather is 101.

However, it was contingent on my other property selling, because I need that money for the 25% down payment.

I am in the process of learning and plan to use house hacking as my investing strategy for the first few properties.
