If you add up up your monthly debts (house payment, house taxes, house insurnace, car payment, revolving debt like student loans or other payments going on longer than 10 months) and dvivide that by your gross monthly income you will get the magic number. 

We have spent the last year and half following the Market in the area on a daily basis, paying off over 125,000 in student loan debt, and saving for our first home purchase.I looking to get into rehabbing homes, flipping, and buy and hold once I gain more knowledge of the business.
