New Investor from South Alabama

Hi, my name is Adam Jones and I'm a new investor from South Alabama.  I found BP through the podcast about a year ago and I've been listening ever since.  I'm currently taking action by looking at properties, analyzing deals, and networking with anyone and everyone that I come in contact with.  I'm currently looking for properties in the South Alabama area, but I have a potential partner in Birmingham, AL and we are actively looking there as well.  Please feel free to reach out to me with any info or advice you may have, I'm always looking for guidance from experienced individuals.
