I was going to call it even, but now they aggressively want it and i total damages around 2400 minimum, 3,400 if I pursued all of it.Thoughts???

The advantage here is that if there is a total loss to one of the buildings that cost more to replace than your estimate you can use the entire blanket limit to restore that property.

This type of policy has more coverage than a homeowner's policy, such as coverage for the loss of rents if there is damage that leaves it un-rentable.
