Hi everyone!  I'm excited to be part of this community and look forward to sharing information with all of you.  Living presently in Eagle, Idaho (Boise suburb) we have been around the greater Boise area for over a decade.  Prior to becoming a licensed agent, I worked in property management and restoration construction.

In the latter capacity of construction, I found myself weekly working with parties who would bring me Inspection Contingencies to determine the scope and cost of work necessary to get real estate deals closed.  Interacting with agents and clients alike cultivated a feeling in me that said "You should be doing more to help people make sound home purchase decisions."  And I realized that over a decade of experience managing and repairing property had provided me with the knowledge and experience to pursue exactly that goal.

Having been in the business almost a year now, I am grateful for all the experience I logged prior to entering this side of the business.  I'm confident in my ability to represent my clients' best interests; And they know I come equipped to provide them with the information and resources they need to find the best deal.  I know the area well and I understand how to show people the big picture when it comes to purchasing a home in Idaho.

In closing, I'd like to point out that my main focus in real estate is Buyer's Representation - I've built my business around the principle of helping people learn about the greater Boise area and find the resources they need to pursue their real estate goals.  Plus -  It's simply AWESOME knowing you helped make someone's life better thru assisting them in finding their place to call home!
