Those people wont work harder than their peers, they will probably actually pass on email that comes through hoping someone else takes care it for them so they can continue watching YouTube while their boss isn't looking.One more thing, I had 22 year old working at the printing business last year... not a dumb guy, also dropped out of college and wanted to do something his own way, but there was a problem and that problem was he had no motivation.

(No disrespect, just a fact)3) It's a hyper cyclical sector where downturns wash away all the noobies-over-leveraged-folks so without capital your only comparative advantage will be work ethics and built up experience: college and internships will bring you that.

It's a wash, with the only thing certain being greater and greater legal fees (but there are no "landlord's rights" pro bono legal assistance firms, at least not in my area).Kind of like how a real estate agent chasing a listing is always going to say it's a good time to sell, or kind of like how one of me always finds a solution to the real estate problem at hand that involves originating a mortgage, etc etc.
