I own an office/warehouse building near the corner of Devlin and Airport roads. 

I've found a few deals on MHs that are installed in a park but the manager wants it moved. i wanted to keep it in the park because idk where to move this damn thing.do investors have a piece of land to move them to like a warehouse?

I don’t have a tank to store oil, but I do have a fairly large 60 x 60 ft metal building which is weather proofed.

While landlords are made to provide their housing services to non paying customers, grocery stores are not required to provide non paying shoppers with food, and department stores are not required to provide clothing for free.

Most targets right now are Dollar stores, Auto stores, banks, medical (Davita & Fresnuis), pharmacy, corporate national QSR,etc.What is out are gyms, mom and pop tenants QSR, small franchisees QSR, vape shops, mattress stores, vitamin stores, etc. 

There may be something to be said about investing in warehouses, since that could get a boost due to increase in e-commerce and shipping / logistics activities, but I am not educated on that segment.

I would recommend that you learn all you can, store up as much dry powder as possible, and wait for the deals that will be coming down the road due to this downturn.

It used to have dive bars, music stores, 2nd hand shops, run down movie theater, craft stores, etc.
