Multifamily & Fix To Rent
Good afternoon BP,
I’m looking to get advice and insight on how A new investor would go about finding creative ways for the market conditions that right now to invest in Fix and Rent single-family properties or multi family properties and buying large or multi family and Apartment Complex Deals. I know syndication as one strategy and finding partners as another.
Again I am looking to get advice and more insight from investors that do this already and hopefully to network and potentially try to move forward in those areas.
I work with syndication firms and more investors on a commercial side but I am looking to network more and get different insight from different areas of the career. Thanks

@Christopher Smith while I am expecting this will become a laundry list of who's doing what where and end in about a zillion different strategies and potentials, I would like to point out one specific to you yourself.
I am a Dad to active duty military kids, and I have noticed what a pain it is to locate and book a place to fits for me and family when traveling to wherever to visit kids. (Those not in the military family world won't understand this like those of us who are most likely) While yes one can book a hotel, but there is the issues of what hotel is the "right" hotel, how close to base is it, is it a decent area or not, do I book on-base, etc etc etc.
A real opportunity point I believe out there would be an Air-BNB type service for visiting military families, branded and marketed as such, focusing and facilitating to these things that matter.
I think back to when my daughter graduated @ Parris Island, it was bonkers how many people were there for it, as in thousands, and this goes on weekly. For myself and my family I know we would love and regularly use such a thing, I wouldn't have to guess if it's gonna fit because it's designed and focused to our purpose.
Personally I think that would be a genius strategy, because I want to be a customer for that, seriously, can you get a place sorted for Yuma, say by August, lol. But seriously, by August.
