Hey you guys so I'm new to this and hope I'm posting in the correct spot but I'm just about a week away from sending my letters and postcards out and trying to find out the best phone system to use.  

You will need to have a look at the sewer sizing standards of the city to determine the size of the pipe at the tap, and then check the size of the lateral line(s) in place for your septic systems. 

It is my goal to provide housing and a support system for foster children who have aged out of the system and have found themselves homeless and destitute.  

We inquired about bringing an issue to the board and were refused (wanted to rent the unit), she said there were not enough board members to vote, however a special assessment was issued for over $200.  

Its usually about an hour presentation about a topic that the group votes on prior (tax liens, lead gen, commercial investing, etc.) and then an hour or 2 for networking.

I got my BA in accounting 20 years ago, and the business, systems, and math principles I learned then are still used today.  

I had them re-key my other properties so its part of their system, so I don't even need to worry about leaving keys. 

I believe people selling real estate "systems/books" make money on those systems and not on actual investing.  

You'll be better off joining a team to begin with and not just following an out-dated system of boiler plate wheelhousing.Best,
