What condition is current property in?

hi Erica, building any kind of list is all about personal relationships...Are you reaching out to people on various forums (esp here on BP), your social channels etc finding out about their investment goals, what kind of properties they are looking for?

We are managing someone else's property and they are trusting us to keep it in the best condition possible.One last note. 

It was a painfully slow and convoluted process, but finally culminated in my buying the house in May of 2018, six months after I signed the purchase agreement.It took me another three months to finish the rehab and get it back to brand-new condition (See After Photos Below).

I would think lesson learned here Is never lease to someone that has not done a walk through and signed off on condition.  

If the sanitary conditions in your unit are such that it attracts pests of any kind, and it becomes necessary for us to undergo remediation in the building, you will be held financially responsible for reasonable costs thereof, paid as additional rent.18.

I think that once the original owner sells, all those conditions are removed, yes?

Also, social media, looking owners up on Facebook, Googling them, etc. 

What I *do* know is that my loan conditions required a 12-month residency before I could convert the building to 100% rental.

Definitely better than the mind-numbing effect of other social media sites.
