Instead of calculating what the costs are, I suggest you seek out a good broker who can teach and support you enough to make high earnings.

I'm telling you this because I'd like to see you have success on BP and that kind of condescension, particularly given that it's misguided, will turn off people whose advice you seek. 

I see Sebonic Financial listed quite a bit in ad screens for various real estate listing sites (Zillow, Trulia, etc.)  Has anyone had any experience with this company? 

I've been looking at houses in different areas on Realtor.com and also viewing the crime maps on spotcrime.com as well at neighborhood scout.What I seek is a SFH or small multi-family unit with good cash flow.

And, exactly what are you seeking advice on?
