I think the question I posited has been lost as people try to push forth some kind of biased opinion or agenda on the act of wholesaling and then coloring everyone that's in the business in that vein.

Vibrant, strong colors, or more muted, modern colors?

Beige or moss is a great color choice because it creates a warmer feeling than white on white.

The second part is the fun stuff  (paint color, appliances, cabinets, countertops, etc)  I am confident doing, but am open to suggestions.Please feel free to send a private message if you would like to share referrals, but keep them confidential.
