Does anybody have suggestions for a good, consistent paint - I'm looking to find a brand and stick with it....because it covers good, easy to put on and it not priced out the wazoo.

Will be used in a rental - Looking to paint it neutral color (moss green or beige) with bright white trim. I don't want to the white on white.

Any suggestions based on your experience??

Thanks!! :D

Ran a painting business through college. We painted over 400 houses. Sherwin Williams is, by far, the best paint we worked with.

We almost did every house with duration. Less coats, covers, life-time warranty, on and on...

Consumer reports is garbage. Few years back they had duration #4, "Weatherguard" was #1 from sears.

Guess what weatherguard is... Duration with different labeling and $5 more than duration. Unreal.
