Once the property became officially released (I was able to get details ahead of it being released) he was able to scoop up the house instantly and was happy he was going to be improving his neighborhood.

All the growth is pushing north, so Melissa, Anna, Van Alstyne, Celina, Prosper, etc could be good places to look.

All these things driving the market to uncertain paradigm and pushing the new homes prices higher and higher. 

I didn’t look at your numbers because if you have them, I believe you are already ahead of the curve.

For the tenants that push back, I let it go because it's not worth the fight.

I currently underwrite by looking at recent sales and what percentage of the actual sale price the property gets reassessed at in order to get a rough sense on the %, but I can't help but think there's risk that property taxes could increase by even more than that if the county is hurting for tax money and wanted to push values.Thoughts? 

I was nervous and scared but acted and pushed through in spite of these thoughts and feelings.I currently don't have a mentor.

Wish I would have put more thought into this before going ahead with the process.
