This is a pure speculation play for the newbies.

The emotional personification of true "passive income"- you still need to react to the world and make decisions, but if the team is good, it becomes pure joy to not have to think about daily routine management of a well-launched investment..

This is pure inspiration...

But on my own endeavor, stocks at 18 and real estate at 24 (unintentional brrr) and pure rental at 32... my specialty has always been white collar type investments, so pure rentals aren't my forte...but who can complain when you make out like a bandit in the stock market.

@Mark Ferguson, From a pure arbitrage play (selling overvalued asset) and buy (distressed undervalued asset I currently see  huge opportunities but the asset class will be outside of real estate.

It remains a purely cash business.

Very rarely have I heard of a successful wholesale deal from someone who purely does wholesales.

If your going to purely equity lend.. then in my mind you need to back off another loan amount. 

So really the only person going to buy this is someone with pure liquid capitol that would have no debt service.My question: Is their really a market for things like this?
