Circling back on my original post, I am not advocating that all vacation rentals be "pet friendly."

Sorry if this isn't the correct sub to post in.I'm a house flipper, I primarily do fix n flips and recently got an offer from my hard money lender where they want to fund me up 90% of the cost for multi family properties.

I'll have my April Market Update posted on YouTube in a few days, but here is the gist: inventory is up almost 40% (yay!)

I have posted before about the desire to own land and potentially have a spot where I could decompress and relax in the offseason.

Their legal right to even restrict post 2011 agreement between state and counties would be a gray area and I have never heard of anyone being cited. 

 I posted this in starting out but got no response.

Andy You don't need to notify the tenants for common areas provided there is no expectation of privacy in those areas, however as another posted, you may still piss someone off so the best practice is to send a message that you will be doing common maintenance work.
