Hi,I would suppose there is something out there that may give me tax credits or similar if I opt to use solar power or another alternative energy at my personal house or my rental property, no?

I don't know yet if natural gas is available at that location.

Guess they needed the bedroom doors open but could have cured that too in that set up with a 3 foot duct.I have those in small houses now and natural gas bill is 100 bucks at highest in winter with months either side of that at half that. 

Therefore, you can invest in alternative investments such as real estate, precious metals, notes, tax lines, and also stocks and mutual funds under the same brokerage account. 

Sometimes you may have to empty the place because of some critter infestation :) then naturally repairs f you have to go as far as tenting it to get rid of the problem it may be worth it if its squatters you maybe able to arrange a deal to get afew tougher ones to hang around I know of one gentleman who if they have a car (he has a fancy high dollar pellet gun) starts with the windows after replacing some catch on if not have known him to pop the folks directly a time or two.

He is very nature oriented so wouldn't do the hunting angle.The views are amazing as I have been up there a few times.

Naturally I am excited about this listing, but I still don't know enough to really try and sink money into it as an investment property.This has apparently been for sale well over a year now, and I actually drove around the area, it appears to be average for the neighborhood it is in in terms of price.My question is why has nobody jumped onto this opportunity if it's so appealing?

They can present financing issues when credits are allowed improperly as to what lenders allow.They are easily understood but often spin off types cause them not to be a true option or they may present unwanted consequences such as having to foreclose.A better alternative usually is buying Sub-to, wrapping a mortgage or using a note and deed of trust/mortgage.

Renting money applies a cost to your money as an alternative investment.
