I've been in contact with a mentoring program, called Freedom Mentor (www.freedommentor.com) Has anyone done this?

I hear that to be successful in real estate investing you need to have a mentor.

Unfortunately I have prior arrangement with my mentor :/ jeez to missed such an opportunity.

:)Anyways, I signed up to see if anyone needs my help (construction and architectural) and/ or find a mentor, investor, partner, investment opportunity, and development opportunity.I am looking for opportunity in Brooklyn, Bronx, Westchester Co., and Fairfield Co.Is there any NYC meet ups?

In the meantime, I would like to find a mentor who is already successful in the real estate community.

About 10 years ago, I had the privilege of working alongside an incredible mentor.

I am also looking for a mentor that can alongside of me and help with possible pitfalls.

I am mainly looking for a mentor to walk be through the steps and the legal papers and how to write contracts and have exit strategy so I don't your can't get trapped in any way if deal falls through.
