I am so glad I found this site. I have learned a lot form the forums and podcasts. I am looking to start investing in the new year. My interests are multifamily, wholesaling and flipping. Right now I am looking to network and learn as much as possible. I have over 20 years in in maintenance and construction as well as property management.

I look forward to what 2014 brings and with the help of BiggerPockets I know my wife and I will succeed.
