Whichever path they direct you down, ask them for guidance on the process - i.e. how to submit your request, the required paperwork and field work (e.g. survey and plot plan), how often and when the committee meets to hear such requests, etc.

Hello all and happy Sunday,I am 25 and own 2 rental properties - 1 in CA and 1 in OH - currently in the medical supply chain field I’ve always been fascinated by Commercial real estate and have been contemplating on a career change What are some entry level jobs in the CRE field?

I would be happy to field any specific Tucson questions that people may have. 

For example, one broker my clients have worked with in the past let us know that because they were medical professionals, they could qualify for a niche program at a local bank (with lower rate and down payment). 

There are lots of medical jobs in the area, and a new VA hospital and the UCF medical school campus. 

Im interested in exploring this field with fellow newbies and of course the professionals.

Medical is a stable investment.
