Call a couple property managers in your area and ask what they think it would rent for.Finally consider that while your agent is probably a good and honest person they are incentivized to give you the high estimate and not necessarily the most realistic estimate.

@Mary Pearson Hey Mary, there are a couple meet-ups that post their events here on BP, but there are investor events every week in Oklahoma City.

I have been working towards that but it just seems like a very slow process given my expenses and I'm getting married this year.
