Hello BP friends, I have a small leak from my balcony into my ceiling downstairs on my living room.

AHS ShieldPlatinum plan says they cover "roof leak repairs".

She claims something is leaking in the walls but there are no signs of water damage anywhere.

I have had several companies come out and give bids to install a drain tile system to fix leaking at the cove along the front wall of my basement.  

Hello, there are ways to handle the water coming in, first thing is that everyone forgets to do is gutters check to make sure that all are fix and there's non with gaps or leaking make sure that they drain away from the home, second is to dig a french drain by the home and have it come out from the home so that the water drains away from the home.
