A few other ideas would be1) Local Meetups For Investors (have to put yourself out there)2) Reaching out to local realtors in the areas you want to work in.

Curious to hear about investors' experience with credit unions.

There's probably opportunity everywhere if you look for it and come across the right deal, but I don't hear investors beating down the door trying to get into Stephenville.Three things to look for to be in the path of progress:1.

My question to my commercial investors out there is when do you decide to implement a triple net lease or not on a commercial property? 

My Lend2Live website is for passive capital investors and private lenders as opposed to being borrower focused! 

But again those are just my thoughts and any advice from experienced investors will likely help us both to figure things out.
