In an effort to understand more about the interaction of a 9 - 5 job and real estate investing, I've put together a 5-minute survey. 

Being a host, and interacting with the guests that book these Airbnb houses, I am realizing something that most people weighing in on this question around the world are not considering.

Now I will be able to interact more in the forums while I'm on the go.

I see so many wholesalers on the site with no profile pic and very little interaction with others.

Well said @Sarah Hood - the jocular interactions work fine for some of the men but it’s less comfortable sounding when there are female guests.

Leaking pipes broken HVAC and the like need to be reported to me and I want to have direct interaction with those contractors.

If you go through a rezone, managing interactions with neighborhood groups, City Staff and City Council will be a key component of the consultant's work, as well as making sure that all of the moving pieces match up (hiring an engineer, architect, and environmental experts for the pre-construction phase), and if you keep them on for construction, submitting building permits, plans, etc. and finding a contractor to do the work.If you want any more info, please PM me!
