It ended up taking a little longer to close and I ended up closing the day my lease ran out, so I moved all my stuff (which wasn't very much at the time) into this house which had no heat or hot water and it was October in upstate NY.

But the reason we cash the money out was to install a new heating system, my accountant recognized what we did as a necessity to live and was able to take it off from our income lowering our tax bracket and produces an actual return.

The bottom unit heat is good but the upper unit heat keeps changing up and down dramatically, 1 day would  be like 80 degree and other day would be like 50 degree.

The house still needs central heating and air.

I didn’t care for the heat and humidity but found that the people were kind and respectful and I LOVE how Jesus is not a dirty word there.)
