However all qualified buyers have been scared away by the amount of work needed to complete the home, or those capable of handling the work were not able to secure financing due to the condition of the property.The current taxes are 9,074 but that will easily be changed in February when the appeals board meets.

I also like realquest.comLearn about different strategies short sales, subject to, lease options don't do what I did and throw away deals others would kill for or pay for.Don't let old realtors scare you and say it is illegal to wholesale.Don't let no one distract you from your dream if this is what you really want I am sure I have missed many thing but this is were I had the most trouble good luck.

This whole thing was actually very eye-opening for me as well...Talking to your agents last week on your behalf, and having them literally cuss me out, threaten me with lawsuits and hang up on me when I refused to agree to their terms, made me realize that some agents really will use intimidation and scare tactics to bully their clients into doing what the agent wants.I'm used to dealing with agents who work on lower-price point houses, and my biggest complaint is that they don't really care about anything.
