My rental duplexes are cash flowing but I could always use more:)I have been working with a realtor in the area where my duplexes are, but it seems like the supply of duplexes have dried up.

Too wet or too dry over long periods can cause foundation problems. 

Dry rot can be found by poking around.

Dry Rot termites (the ones you tent for) move a lot slower and do not scare me as much.

Well the roofer hired put the paper on ( to dry it in)  from top to bottom instead of bottom to top.Yes it did rain and flooded out the new sheetrock , tape, and  mud!!

I let the grout dry to long before I wiped off the excess and kind of panicked when I couldn't get excess grout off.

@Austin Hair VRBO or other providers may extend limited coverage during the rental period, but you also need coverage for the vacant periods as well as for your personal occupancy. 

Also make sure to add hair catchers in the bathtubs, it's $5, but if it saves you from a plumbing call--it's worth it!

I also have a way/list of questions to ask to find an attorney for assignment and double and dry closes if you still need.  

Save yourself money, potential hair-loss, and blood pressure spikes; go with someone else.
