Mentor in New Jersey, Essex County Area

Hi everyone, 

My name is Jeremiah and I've decided to take action and to dive into Real Estate investing after much thought and a lot of reading. Now until I have the funds to be able to purchase properties to buy and hold which is eventually what I would love to do for cash flow, I choose to start my journey as a wholesaler. The problems i'm facing though is finding an attorney where I live that does double closings and also making sure that the deals that I acquire are sound and worthy enough to pitch to buyers. 

Are there any Investors in New Jersey, preferably in the Essex County area, that would be willing to taking on a mentee ? I'm willing to give my all everyday and make my results speak louder then my actions.
