You could do a midterm furnished rental out in Ventura to help maximize your Cashflow.  

Once this individual took over and used rental arbitrage on that same property, he furnished it differently, and marketed it differently, and made more than triple what the owner made.

I would imagine this type of housing would need to be furnished. 

We are going the furnished route and are going to target travel nurses/travel medical professionals since we are within 20 minutes or less of 8 eight area hospitals.
