They are efficient, been used in other countries for years, are good choice for smaller units, and can be cheaper than central HVAC. 

I like the path of least resistance especially dealing in small dollar amounts.

The neighborhood is hot and there is great renter and buyer demand, however, no one seems to want to touch this hot mess with a 10 foot pole.I know this is not the only place in the area or country with an inactive condo association.So question: What can you do to make it functional?

As we have all been hearing, the market is/ has seemed to rebound from the past crash and some feel that in certain areas of the country it is becoming over reaching.

So I am looking for someone who would like me to lease, and therefore buy, a property for them in one of the hottest markets in the country right now.

However, the house is boarded up and the owner now lives across the country.
