Property Investors for growing Charleston SC business
Hello! I own 2 very successful dog boarding/daycare businesses in the Charleston SC area. I need to expand. I am not yet in a position to buy the land and building I need to open a third location; and Mt Pleasant is so "hot" right now that there are zero opportunities to lease. I actually have the capital saved to buy the land I need, however that would put my savings back to zero, and I won't go back to that! So I am looking for someone who would like me to lease, and therefore buy, a property for them in one of the hottest markets in the country right now. My first location has been open for 8 years and grosses $400K. The second location has been open 6 months and is already making a little money. A third location is in very high demand in a certain section of town. I have a perfect model and employees ready.
