So to get information from the guy how to set the contracts etc. it can cost you from 4K to 10K for get coached from him.So since I already informed myself a lot about wholesaling and had also some online coaching I just need to know hot to set the contracts and to look after a title company in Germany, then I’m ready to go, cause I’m not afraid of cold calling or approaching peoples ☺️.

Of course, you can change up strategies in the future, but sticking with one until the end and taking an incremental approach to educating yourself and moving forward will help you from becoming overwhelmed or distracted.
