Anyone know of any websites, groups, associations, friends, etc. that invest in these types of deals?

I had forgotten that I meant to suggest some changes that I thought could really improve the user experience when using some of these calculators.

Atta BoY  love the NO debt.. there will be refi to you die max debt BP members just rolling their eyes at this.but for me your who most of these younger folks getting started should aspire to be.I have one other friend who started in law enforcement and is uber successful.

However, I havent been able to find the push or education that I need to start on this.Im considering joining the $1000 program of Kris Krohn for a startup, but i wanted to see what the users of this website got to say. 

Luckily we live in a business friendly state that makes this information accessible for the researched business owner.

And, a more important question, if these are family or friends, are you ready to lose them, if a bad surprise arises?

@Roy WhiteHere in North Carolina attorneys do contracts because we don't use title companies.Rental companies will also have rental contracts.If you get one online or from a friend, for example, just be sure everything in it is legal in your state.Good luck!
