I also network with various agents on these caravan tours.Well all of this is great, a lot of social media real estate "gurus" are peddling the "get rich through real estate" scheme via Wholesaling.

I feel the need to point out that I know this is still an undertaking that requires a great deal of work and knowledge; I don't want anyone to get the idea that I'm looking to "get rich quick" or anything of that nature.

I would like to obtain financing on this property so I can use my original investment on a different property.I do not want to use conventional financing because it will take too long to close the loan and we anticipate the property to sell very quickly. 

So we acted quickly and took care of it, but the neighbor complained that we had to pay the damage from the tree rubbing caused by our tree.
